Integrated into the users application, XpertNow can be used instantly. No additional sign-on, no jump to a new environment or Ticketsystem.
Directly called in the users application, it was never easier to create meaningful tickets, thanks to the automatic technical detail attachment.

Simply choose a priority, add a comment and optionally add an attachment. When the user presses ``Create`` all technical details of the application are automatically attached to the ticket for the IT support.
